the only thing that helps is educating myslef
teh docs a re idiots–many diagnose any pain as fibro–even if it is due to a notehr medical condition–or even lifestyle….
that means most people with teh diagnosis don’t actaully ahve it—you need to essemntially confirm teh diagnosis onyour own–don’t listen to teh docs–i have not found any that are truly competant–of teh 14 i went to–most wer cluelss–some were just in it for teh money
yes–it can be a disability—when you can barelys it up–adn are no longer able to work or do the things you enjoy–its a disability–
i managed for 30 years before it got to this point—i struggoled to physiclaly keep up with my peers—in college i needed DISABILITY accommodatioins when i get really sick at 19–but was refused–which is illegal—i needed DISABILITY accommodations at a job–but was again illegally refused….
so the level of disability can range from MILD –and only needing a little empathy from the gym teacher…to severe needind SSDI
i continued to have a good attitude–until recently–when teh docs kept walking out on me since my HMO doesn’t pay them enough–and i am therfore not profitable enough for tehm to care..
in my better days–i had up to 4 jobs–went to college full time–did volunteer work…a year ago–after anotehr migraine like headache –everything deteriorated quickly
